Quick and Easy Infused Water Recipe

Heeey Friends! Have you gotten bored with drinking water but you force yourself to because you know its necessary? I was so sick of plain ol’ water or water with lemon. Those little squirt enhancers that are all the rage right now bother me just a bit too, I haven’t quite figured out what is in them, other than chemicals… I found a good alternative to all of it and its quick and refreshing.. and, drumroll, the ingredients have detox benefits!! Its simply infusing your water with your own fresh fruit and herbs. I’ve been doing this now for weeks and love love love it! The fruit adds a subtle hint of flavor with no calories. SCORE!! Here is a picture of my simplest one and its recipe.

Cucumber Water Detox Recipe

2 Liter Water
1 Medium Cucumber
1 Lemon
12 Mint Leaves – Crush the leaves for more mint flavor.
Steep Overnight in fridge And drink everyday.

* Drink within 3 days. Also, feel free to tweak this basic recipe. Strawberries, blueberries and watermelon each add its own unique flavor, too. Have fun with it!
